We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs to get the item to our designated location.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return
  • Submit a return request through our return portal here using your order number and email address linked to the online order.
  • Complete the steps online to answer your reason for returning and return outcome (full refund, exchange, or store credit).
  • Once your return request has been submitted, download and print the prepaid return label to ship back your item(s).
  • Affix the label to the original package and ship it back to us within 14 days of initiating the return. Returns that are not shipped back within 14 days will be canceled.
