Initiating a Return
- Submit a return request through our return portal here using your order number and email address linked to the online order.

- Once your return request has been submitted, download and print the prepaid return label to ship back your item(s).
- Affix the label to the original package and ship it back to us within 14 days of initiating the return. Returns that are not shipped back within 14 days will be canceled.
